I used to have a Samsung TV UE40MU6455XXC, but it broke and I was left with 500GB of recordings that I now cannot view with any program. This DeSTRoi decrypter only gives an error message, when I try to decrypt the files?

I often use Idealshare VideoGo to convert ASF, WEBM, MOV, MKV, AVI, M4V, VOB, FLV and other video formats to Samsung Smart TV, LG Smart TV, you can have a try.

Samsung has changed the internal format of the .mdb-file.
This file is needed to decrypt the corresponding .srf-file.

But my USB drive of the recordings, does have the MDB files for each recording.

I have the brand new 2015 model, Samsung UE32J5500 Smart Full HD 1080p 32 Inch. The files are converted to .ts with this program, but they do not play. Seem to be corrupted.
Maybe not decrypting them correctly.

I second the request for F Series support. F Series Files are converted by your tool without error, but they don´t play and can't be converted further e.g. into MP4

Please add support to F series. I used this good tool with Samsung UE40F6200, but it does not create correct TS-files.

Please I want to use USB storage for recordings in D series of Samsung TVs but it is impossible. What to do now? Explain all details, please.

Works great, but only up to D series of Samsung TVs. Copy the SRF and MDB files of your recordings from the USB storage (it is in an XFS filesystem, so use a Linux system or e.g. UFS Explorer for Windows). Then just load the SRF file in DeSTRoi, click decrypt, and watch/listen to/edit your recordings on your PC.
